RTI REGULATIONS

About

The University has establishment a new branch named Legal, Grievances and RTI Branch to provide a mechanism to redress grievances received though Centralized Public Grievance redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) and CM Grievances Redressal & Monitoring Haryana. Further, the branch is assigned the duty of responding to legal notices and court cases filed against the University though Litigation Management System and to promote transparency and accountability under the Right to Information Act. The University has appointed a full time Assistant Law Officer-Cum-State Public Information Officer to respond to court cases and legal notices as well as to discharge duty of the State Public Information Officer (SPIO) and an Assistant-Cum-Assistant Public Information Officer (ASPIO) to assist the SPIO under the RTI Act. The branch is supervised by a faculty as Nodal Officer-Cum-First Appellate Authority
